Agus River is the river found in our hometown.It was about 8 ft. deep and some meters away.Agus River was believed to be the home of the "tonongs", a supernatural people.They catched people who destroyed them by drowning them.They also changed their appearances into another creations.Like for examples, they became fish, sometimes a thing underneath...

Qurqn Reading Contest

Recently the Local Governemnt Unit of Baloi, conducted a Provincial and Regional competition on Qura'n Reading. there were 16 municipalitiies who send thier delegates. 10 board of judges were coming from different sectors such as the Masaikh association and the Imams League.

It was coordinated by the Newly borned agency in the national government which is the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos.

Water System in Baloi

The Local Government Unit of Baloi headed by its Local Chief Executive. HON. HANIFA P.A ALI. intiates the newly project of the administration which is the Water System Project in the Poblacion area.

It was found out by some water experts that such water from the deep poil consists of a mineral which is known to be Alkaline. proven 100% no Bacteria on the Water. The administration is now moving forward to extend the water system through out the 21 Barangays.
